You may have hormone imbalances
If your hormones aren't kept in check, it’s going to be very difficult for a pregnancy to continue.
To minimise your risk of pregnancy loss, you need to ensure proper hormone balance, not only during the pregnancy, but in those vital months leading up to conception as well!
You may also have other underlying root causes contributing to your risk of miscarriage. In most cases of pregnancy loss, there are usually a combination of factors at play. That's why it's so important to take an individualised approach to your care.
Optimising blood flow and circulation is a core focus in my program Making Sense of Miscarriage. If you’re interested in learning more about the course, then feel free to click the link below, as this is not something you should have to go through alone.
